Subscription Policy

North Hollow offers our Natural Prostate Support on a subscription basis for your convenience and at our best available price. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how billing is handled, and how you can cancel or make changes.

1. Enrollment & Minimum Commitment

By purchasing a subscription product from North Hollow, you agree to the terms of this Subscription Policy. Subscription details — including price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and the minimum billing commitment — are clearly displayed before you complete your order.

Our subscription pricing is discounted in exchange for a minimum commitment of two billing cycles (your initial order plus one renewal). This is what allows us to offer the subscription at a lower price than our one-time purchase option.

2. Recurring Charges

When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel in accordance with Section 4.

  • You will be billed every 30 days at the amount shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping fees (if any).
  • If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend your subscription until updated payment information is provided.

3. Renewals & Reminders

  • Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days until cancelled.
  • As a courtesy, we send a reminder email approximately 48 hours before each billing date, so you always have time to make changes or cancel before you are charged.

4. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time, directly through your self-service portal or by contacting support.

Minimum commitment: Because the subscription discount is based on a minimum commitment of two billing cycles (initial order + one renewal), cancellations take effect as follows:

  • After your second billing cycle: your cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be billed again.
  • Before your second billing cycle: your cancellation is scheduled and takes effect after your second (final committed) billing cycle. You will receive that one remaining shipment and will not be billed again afterwards.
  • Prefer not to complete the commitment? You can instead convert your order to a one-time purchase as described in Section 5, or pause your subscription for up to 3 months at no cost.

Deadline to cancel: To avoid being charged for a renewal beyond your minimum commitment, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

How to cancel:

Any orders already processed will be shipped and are covered under our Refund Policy.

5. One-Time Purchase Option

Our subscription offer is our best deal, and its lower price reflects the minimum commitment of a recurring plan. For customers who prefer to buy once without a subscription, we offer a one-time purchase option at standard (higher) pricing:

Switching from subscription to one-time purchase:

  • If you placed a subscription order and wish to end your subscription before completing the minimum commitment, you may instead convert your first order to a one-time purchase. Contact us at support@north-hollow.com and we will charge the difference between the subscription price and the one-time purchase price. Your subscription is then cancelled immediately with no further billing.
  • If you contact us before your order has been fulfilled, we can make this adjustment right away.

This ensures the subscription discount remains fair for all subscribers and is not misused for one-off purchases.

6. Modifications

You may update your subscription at any time — including changing delivery frequency, pausing shipments (up to 3 months), skipping a delivery, or updating your payment method — by logging into your account via the link above or contacting our support team. Pausing or skipping does not count as cancellation and does not affect your minimum commitment.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Subscription orders are subject to the same conditions as one-time purchases under our Refund Policy.
  • Refunds apply only to returned products in line with that policy.
  • Subscription charges already processed are not refundable once an order has shipped.
